Membership Manager: a council staff member employed by the Girl Scouts
of Southeast Florida, assigned by and accountable to the Director of
Membership. She is ultimately accountable for providing leadership,
direction, and support to the members of the 'Leadership Team' in order to
retain and recruit girls and adults in the service unit, administer the units'
budget, develop and implement a recruitment plan to met unit goals,
interpret policies of Girl Scouts of the U.S.A. (GSUSA) and the Girl Scouts
of Southeast Florida (GSSEFL).
The Volunteer Leadership Team:
The leadership team is a group of adult volunteers who provide direct support to Girl Scout troop volunteers, locally. The leadership team is responsible for organizing, promoting, enriching and maintaining Girl Scout programs in the troops within the assigned service unit. It is also responsible for setting goals and developing units annual "Plan of Work" and budget to support the corporate goals of the Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida.
